Tea of the Day (1/20): Temple of Heaven

The constant rotation of drying in rolling drums gives this tea its spherical form. The tight roll helps to keep this tea fresher, longer. The aroma is softer than that of the standard quality and less bitter. Second brew is less tangy and less caffeinated.
