Tea of the Day (1/19): Iron Goddess of Mercy
One of the most treasured oolong teas in the world. Known for its healing powers after purging an emporer's ills, this tea is named after the Goddess of Mercy "Guan Yin." It has a golden, coppery color with a smooth body and sweet, grainy finish. The complexities of this tea are revealed upon repeated steeping.
