January 7th- Yoga Tea

Yoga Tea:

The addition of hawthorn petals to this classic recipe makes this vitalizing blend special. Preparation permits long steep times of up to 30 min. in 200 degree water. Milk can be added and sweetened with honey. Ingredients (all good for warming you up!): cinnamon, hawthorn petals, ginger bits, cloves, black pepper, cardamom.
